An unlikely encounter with some members of Xylona’s Flock changed his life. The raging troll had been seriously wounded when he was discovered by a patrol of rangers. Seeing the pain he was in, the rangers convinced him to allow them to heal him.  As they worked, one of the dwarves lit a pipe. Hongo was curious and the dwarf shared. Hongo had found his calling in life.  After he recovered, the massive forest troll found a decent place to set up a small homestead in the woods not too far from the rangers’ western outpost. Little is known of Griolle, save what Faunus shares. Which is mainly that the Myconids will defend the forests of Xylernia to the last spore. Griolle is not considered a "god" amongst the Myconid, but he's as close as the elusive race might claim. The "fungus folk" are not sociable with the other races of Mythoss.
